Can you hold a place before I apply?
We operate on a first-come, first-served basis. Properties are only held with a completed application and payment of the required fees. We recommend applying as soon as possible to secure the home you want. -
What are the move-in costs?
Typically, you’ll need to pay the first month’s rent and a security deposit before move-in. Some properties may also require last month’s rent — exact terms will be outlined in your lease. -
What is the minimum age to apply?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old to legally enter into a lease agreement. -
Is the security deposit refundable?
Yes. As long as the property is returned in good condition and all lease terms are met, your deposit will be refunded. Deductions may be made for unpaid rent, damage, or excessive cleaning. -
Who needs a cosigner?
A cosigner may be required if an applicant doesn’t meet credit, income, or rental history requirements. Cosigners must meet qualification standards and agree to assume financial responsibility. -
How do I apply for a rental?
You can apply online or in person. A completed application, application fee, proof of income, and valid ID are required to begin the approval process. -
How is rent paid?
Most residents pay online through our secure tenant portal. We also accept payments via ACH transfer, check, or money order depending on the property’s setup. -
Can I have a pet in the property?
Pet policies vary by property. Be sure to check your lease and contact management for approval. Approved pets may require a pet deposit or monthly pet rent. -
What if I want to move out but my roommate wants to stay?
All tenants are jointly responsible for the lease. If one roommate wishes to stay, they must qualify on their own or find a replacement approved by management.What should I do if I plan to move out at the end of my lease?
Most leases require written notice 30–60 days before your move-out date. Refer to your lease agreement and notify management in writing within the required timeframe.Who handles repairs and maintenance?
We take care of all routine maintenance and repairs. Tenants are responsible for issues caused by negligence or misuse. Please submit all requests through your tenant portal for timely service.
